How to find a Phone extention

To find a phone extention go to a desk phone and follow the follwing steps:

Step 1 - Press the Right arrow

Step 2 - Keep pressing the right arrow until you see "Extention Direcotry"

Step 3 - Press down to access the list

Step 4 - Once you have found the person you wish to call press the enter buttion

Step 5 - lift handset to call
