Frequently Asked Question

Upon launching the Promethean Whiteboard App you get an ‘Unpacking Document…’ message, follow the steps below to remove it:

1. Close the Whiteboard App.
2. Open the Locker app  
3. Select the Files app.
4. In the Downloads folder, delete the whiteboard_state file (or whiteboard_state.dat if applicable). To delete the file hold your finger on it until it it ticked then tap the bin icon in the top right.

You can now relaunch the Whiteboard App and the message will no longer appear.
